Welcome Pastor David Bracetti to Naples Adventist Church!

Pastor David S. Bracetti serves as the lead pastor of Naples Seventh-day Adventist Church, where he brings a deep commitment to leading people into a transformative relationship with Jesus Christ. With a heart ablaze for souls and a life shaped by God’s grace, he ministers in a way that emphasizes hope, redemption, and community impact, aligning closely with the church’s mission to share Christ’s love throughout the Naples area.

Originally from Monson, Massachusetts, Pastor David is an ordained minister of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, receiving his ordination from the Southern New England Conference on June 25, 2022, and ecclesiastical endorsement from the North American Division in August 2023. His ministry journey reflects a consistent call to serve in diverse and challenging settings. Prior to joining Naples SDA Church in May 2025, he served as a Prison Chaplain with the Connecticut Department of Correction starting in 2023, where he provided spiritual guidance, preaching, counseling, and sacramental support to incarcerated individuals. From 2017 to 2023, he pastored a vibrant, multiracial district in the Southern New England Conference as Senior Pastor, overseeing congregations including Hudson SDA Church, Crosswalk Clinton SDA Church, and Redemption Community Church SDA. Earlier roles included serving as an Associate Pastor, International Evangelist, and Youth Director, with preaching engagements across the United States and internationally—highlighted by leading a impactful two-week youth event in Papua New Guinea.

Pastor David’s educational background provides a strong foundation for his compassionate and thoughtful ministry. He earned a Master of Arts in Theological Studies and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2022, along with an Addiction Counselor Education Certificate from AdCare Educational Institute that same year. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Worcester State University (2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix (2004). Additional training through the Southern New England Conference’s ACTS program (2019–2021) and Church Plant Training equipped him with practical skills in leadership, evangelism, and community development—skills he applied by leading two church plants, one of which grew to full church status.

What distinguishes Pastor David is his unwavering passion to “lead souls to salvation.” Fluent in both English and Spanish, he excels in urban and multicultural environments, building meaningful connections across generations and backgrounds. He is the author of *Change Too*, published by Pacific Press, which shares his personal testimony of transformation and continues to inspire readers with its powerful message of redemption. In his pastoral work, he actively mentors emerging leaders, chairs church boards, develops community service programs, and draws on his expertise in addiction counseling to support those facing spiritual, emotional, and physical brokenness. His approach reflects a shepherd’s heart—relying on God’s strength to meet people where they are and guide them toward healing and hope.

At Naples Seventh-day Adventist Church, Pastor David fosters spirit-filled worship, renewed outreach—particularly to those impacted by addiction—thriving youth ministries, and a united church family focused on purposeful service. His leadership continues to inspire the congregation to shine Christ’s light brightly in the community, embodying the promise of God’s abundant work in and through His people (Ephesians 3:20).
